School leaver opportunities
See Apprenticeships tab, our six-year Legal Solicitor Apprenticeship (LSA) offers an alternative work-based pathway to qualify as a solicitor for school leavers.
Apprenticeships
Our six-year solicitor apprenticeship offers an alternative pathway to qualify as a solicitor. This programme is a work-based pathway to qualification so allows you to earn a degree and gain your SQE qualifications while receiving a salary. Typically, you will work at TLT for four days a week and study for one day a week. This programme is open to our own employees, school leavers or career changers.
At TLT, apprentices spend their first four years rotating across various teams gaining experience across the business and then a final two years in a trainee solicitor position, undertaking the firms’ four seat rotation before qualifying. Our apprenticeship with BPP allows apprentices to achieve an LLB (Hons) in Law and Legal Practice.
Salary & benefits
Salary: Market Rate, Competitive
We value our employees highly and we want you to feel valued. You’ll receive a competitive salary with an annual pay review. You will also have access to an extensive range of benefits via our flexible benefits scheme including 25 days holiday (which will increase to 30 days based upon length of service) and private medical insurance.
At TLT we have a progressive fully flexible working approach. We empower our people to work in a place and at a time that meets their needs, those of their clients and of the wider team and firm. Part of this agile approach is a focus on hybrid working and supporting the work/life balance of our people.
