Our UK Solicitor apprenticeship programme helps build the foundations of a successful career, with the training and support you’ll need to excel.

Over the course of the six-year programme, you’ll draw upon your ambitious and enthusiastic personality to develop your skills, learn new ones and grow your legal knowledge.

By combining a wide mix of work and study, you’ll gain a Level 7 qualification (including a law degree and the SQE exams) and be a fully qualified solicitor.

You’ll spend one day per week studying with The University of Law towards your law degree, and RPC also incorporates bespoke aspects of learning that we feel appropriate to your training and future success at RPC.

Every day will be different. One day you may be working on legal administrative tasks such as making attendance notes and producing data reports. Another day you may be carrying out research or drafting a legal document.

At RPC, we know that you’ll do your best if you’re free to be yourself. That’s why we only recruit genuine people with a desire to make a difference. It’s not essential to have studied law before, but you’ll need strong academic results and be able to show that you’re a hardworking and motivated team-player with communication skills and meticulous attention to detail to match.
Our UK Solicitor apprenticeship programme is aimed at school-leavers, though non-law graduates can also apply. The University of Law requires a minimum of three 'C' grades at A-Level or equivalent in order to enrol onto the study course.

Our next intake will commence in September 2025 and be based in London. Applications will open on Monday 2 September 2024 and close on Monday 13 January 2025.
